Validity Period

  • The Off Gard E-Gift Card must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase or last activation.
  • After the expiry of the validity period, the E-Gift Card cannot be used for purchases, reactivated, or refunded for any unused remaining value.

Redemption

  • The E-Gift Card is redeemable exclusively at www.offgard.com ONLY.
  • It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other payment method.

Loss, Theft, or Damage

  • Off Gard shall not be held liable for E-Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, inactivated, or damaged after activation.
  • Please treat your E-Gift Card with the same care as cash.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once purchased and activated, the E-Gift Card is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Orders placed using the E-Gift Card cannot be cancelled once the E-Gift Card is redeemed.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
