OFF GARD – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Applicability of Policy
By using the Off Gard website and/or initiating a request for purchase, exchange, or return of product(s), you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on www.offgard.com.
We may revise this policy from time to time. Please review it periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest terms before initiating a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Return / Exchange

At Off Gard, returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or stained condition.
✅ You may initiate an exchange request if:
• The product does not fit (size issue).
• The product is defective or damaged during transit.
• A part of the product/accessory is missing.
✅ You may initiate a return request if:
• The product is received in a damaged or stained condition.
• The product is defective or does not meet quality standards.
⚠️ Note: Products cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fit/color, or if the product has been worn, washed, or tampered with.
⚠️ DO NOT accept the parcel if the courier bag is tampered with or torn.


Process and Timelines

• You may place a return/exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
• ⚠️ Please take an unboxing / opening video of the parcel at the time of delivery. Requests without video proof may not be accepted.
(We also take a video from our side while packing the parcel for additional proof.)
• ⚠️ AWB No. slip must be attached to the package at the time of return/exchange.
• Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours (subject to availability at your pincode).
• If pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts, you will need to ship the product to our warehouse.
• After the product is received at our facility, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Only if QC is passed will your exchange or return be processed.
• Exchanges will take approximately 7–10 working days after QC approval.
• If the requested size is unavailable, you may exchange for another product or receive a store credit (gift card) of equivalent value.
⚠️ Exchange parcel shipping cost will be borne by Off Gard only once. Subsequent exchanges (for the same order) will be chargeable.


Refunds
• For all approved return orders, refunds will be issued only as a credit note/gift card.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are redeemable exclusively at www.offgard.com.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible, the returned product must meet the following requirements:
• It has not been worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with.
• Brand tags, original packaging, and any accessories are intact.
• The product is free from any foul odour, perfume, stains (other than reported issue), scratches, or damage caused after delivery.
• Products bought as a set must be returned as a set.
• The product must be in unused, unwashed, and saleable condition.
If the above conditions are not met, Off Gard reserves the right to reject the return/exchange request.


Order Cancellations
• COD orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.
• Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Any approved refund will only be issued as an online store credit (gift card).

SHIPPING POLICY – OFF GARD

Order Processing

•    Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
•    Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before completing checkout.
•    Orders are shipped from Hyderabad, India. We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.
•    You will receive an order confirmation email/whatsapp shortly after purchase. If you don’t see it, kindly check your spam/junk folder.
•    In rare cases of high demand, a product may become unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
•    All orders are reviewed by our security team and may be cancelled by Off Gard if deemed necessary.
•    Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
⚠️ Shipping timelines may be longer during special releases, sale periods, or holidays.


Pre-Order Policy
•    Products marked as pre-order will ship once they arrive at our facility.
•    Payment is collected at checkout for all pre-order items.
•    Once placed, pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Domestic Orders (Within India)
•    Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days (after order processing).

⚠️ Please note: Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not include the 24-hour processing period.

Lost or Damaged Packages

•    Once proof of delivery is confirmed via tracking, Off Gard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
•    Any claims after delivery must be taken up directly with the courier.
